Antenna

Now in testing

The ant on your taskbar that knows what’s coming.

Antenna reads your email and Slack for you, so one click shows what’s arriving today, who still owes you a reply, and what’s on your list.

For Windows. Works with your Claude seat, Gmail, Slack and Google Drive.

Antenna
Antenna's Deliveries tab: an overdue parcel at the top, then what's arriving today and in the next few days.

Six emails, one card. Every update about a parcel, folded into one line you can read in a second.

Stays in your accounts. Your email is read on your own Claude seat. Your notes never leave your computer.

Nothing extra to pay. It runs on the Claude, Gmail and Drive you already have.

Three tabs. One click.

Click the ant and a panel opens from the corner of your screen. Click away and it’s gone.

Deliveries

Every parcel, in one list

Order confirmations, dispatch notices, courier updates: six emails about one parcel become one card. Anything late floats to the top in red. What’s coming today is green.

  • Sorted by when it’ll arrive, not by which email came last
  • A notification when it’s out for delivery, and when it’s late
  • Paste a tracking number to follow a parcel no email mentions

Waiting on

Who still owes you a reply

Asked five suppliers for the same quote? That’s one card, with a line per company: who quoted, who’s on it, who went quiet and who said no.

  • “Your move” when they’ve replied and you haven’t
  • Dead ends crossed out, kept as a record
  • A ready-to-send chase for anyone gone quiet

Notes

A page a day, and a list that remembers

Jot things down as you work. An unticked box from any day stays in your To do until you tick it, with what people asked you for in Slack beside it.

  • Write “Thursday” and it offers a reminder
  • Spelling checked as you type
  • Plain text files, in a folder you choose

How it works

  1. 1

    Claude reads

A few scheduled tasks run in Claude Cowork, on your own Claude seat, with your own Gmail and Slack.

  2. 2

    Drive keeps it

Each task writes one small file to your Google Drive. That’s all that leaves your accounts.

  3. 3

    The ant shows it

Antenna reads those files and draws your panel. It never touches your email itself, and your notes never leave your computer.

Setup takes about ten minutes, and the app walks you through it, prompt by prompt.
